该方案中智能送风机柜满足该机房的不同发热量机柜的散热问题，配合机柜底座，将机柜直接置于地板出风口上，根据实时监测柜内不同位置的温度，自动调节直流风机的运行速度(或风阀开启的角度)。节能新风机方案是根据机房所处地理位置全年天气与空气环境数据制定。经相关数据反馈，该机房完全满足使用节能新风机，全年较少可满负载运行节能新风机达130天以上。

智能送风机柜，包括柜体、传感器、风机和控制器、空压仓。风机安装在柜体底部，正对着空压仓的位置，其具有快速降温能力，风机抽取靠近地表的空气，温度是低于机房空间温度，能从物理角度上更好地带走机柜内部的热源。柜体内设备用一带网孔的隔板相隔，将箱体分成设备区和空压仓，风机不停的送入风量使空压仓具备一定的气压，气压通过隔板的网孔，进入柜内设备区，快速带走设备热源，经过**板和后门的网孔散向柜外。其传感器安装在箱体内上、中、下位置，所述传感器的底部设有可任意调节角度的金属软支架，随时检测机柜内进风口与出风口的各个位置的温度。其柜体的前门，采用三点式连杆式门锁，并配有高弹性密封条，保证箱体的前门与机柜隔板间形成密封空压仓，空气不能从前门间隙漏出，使空压仓的压力随柜内温度高低而变化，达到节能效果。柜体的后门和**板开有若干散热网孔。
